Product specifications and images are for reference; final confirmation occurs via quote. Quotes are invitations to negotiate, not binding offers.

5. Registration & Quotes
To request quotes or access certain services, you may need to register or provide your business information. You certify that information submitted is accurate.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website—text, images, logos, product catalogues—is owned by Canolight Co. or its licensors. You may not reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Website or reliance on its content.

Product Warranty

Limited Warranty

Canolight warrants that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for the warranty period as stipulated on the product packaging, commencing from the date of shipment from Canolight.

If a product is found to be defective within the warranty period, and the defect is due to manufacturing or material fault, Canolight will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the product free of charge, including prepaid freight for the replacement item.

Warranty Conditions

This warranty is valid only if the following conditions are met:

  • The product is operated under normal use and environmental conditions.
  • The product is operated at its rated voltage.
  • The product has not been altered, tampered with, or repaired outside of Canolight-authorized service.
  • Proof of purchase and/or invoice is provided upon warranty claim.
  • The product is within its specified warranty period, as indicated on the original product packaging.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to misuse, abuse, accident, or negligence.
  • Products installed or operated in a manner inconsistent with National/Local code’s guidelines or applicable electrical codes.
  • Cosmetic issues such as fading, chalking, scratching, except where finish deterioration compromises function.
  • Any consequential or incidental damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of revenue, or any other indirect damages.
  • Labor costs, including removal, reinstallation, transportation, or associated site fees

There are no warranties that extend beyond the written description of the product provided in Canolight’s official sales literature.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Canolight’s liability is limited solely to the replacement or repair of the defective product and shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

Under no circumstances shall Canolight be liable for any special, indirect, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, or damages due to product failure or delay.

How to Claim Warranty

  1. Contact your authorized Canolight distributor or customer support to request an RMA/CM.
  2. Provide proof of purchase and product details.
  3. Return the product freight prepaid in original packaging or equivalent.
  4. Upon inspection, Canolight will determine eligibility and proceed with:
  • Repair,
  • Replacement with same or equivalent product, or
  • Refund of original purchase price.
